More Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Made Public by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development blueprints for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.

Furthermore featured in this recent document disclosure appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had created ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.

Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.

This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a key identifying various sections of the land.

Alongside this are what look to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, such as designs for dock shelters.

More materials made public as part of the continuing investigative process.
