The storyline features a "strangely garbed woman named Ada" who tasks the duo with venturing into the Gemstone Grotto—a key location from Attack on Titan—to save her companion from a secret sect.
The adventure concentrates on "peculiar experiments and a fearsome adversary" and is available to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.

The teaser highlights the Hidden Temple from Attack on Titan redesigned as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was formerly where the Reiss royal family handed down the Founding Titan ability through ages. The trailer ends with a striking sequence showing a character, probably the captive, changing into a Titan that looms over Naoe and Yasuke.
